3. e5 is a bad move because you neglect your own development and over-extend yourself. It's also too risky.
6. Ng5 is a useless move that has no meaning unless you want to lose time.
7. Qa4+ is just like move 6; pointless, questionable.
10. Bc4 could have lost you material. You were lucky he didn't do g5.
11. Ng5 is too desperate.
14. b3 is a blunder and you hung your knight.
20. Qe5 is bad, also; it can be met by Rg8.
I recommend you should spend more time thinking and looking at the board. Try and predict what happens when you make this move or that, so you won't make unexpected mistakes.

For a long time I have been playing chess in a repetitive style with no real creativity. So I decided I should try and be more creative/tactical and here is one great game I just won!
