1: Do not post the names of other players on the forums. It is against chess.com rules. Now the other player has to be humiliated. 2: Your resignation is most likely from a begginer who has played easy opponents.
premature resignation
Good! I didn't want to be mean or anything, but rules are rules.
Is that really a rule?
It's quite possible for a 1400 to consider himself lost in that position. He needs a !! move to escape, maybe he just couldn't find it.....

that only apply to who someone feel that they are being abusive.
Yeah jeez, what a dumb wienie rule (not to mention that this whole "humiliation" business is rather debatable). Btw I also don't see what's wrong with 19... Rxf4.
I believe i would be humiliated, if someone posted my name on their game. But I would never want it as a rule not to post it. I'm quite for the minimalist point of view on rules and laws.

According to my analysis program, 19. ... Rxf4 is also a fine option, but I guess it thought the continuation above was just a little bit better.
If the shoe were on the other foot, I, too, would probably feel a bit humiliated... although I'd hope I wouldn't be, because I'm specifically disciplining myself not to abhor losses.
Also, is it okay to post someone's name on a game if they won the game? No humiliation then.
Has anyone noticed that you can gain many, perhaps hundreds, of free rating points just by playing games on chess.com? (As in, I'm sure everyone has!) I often play people who resign at the slightest sign of trouble. Take this game:
I played a short game that I didn't deserve to win (at least not yet), because Black could have easily held on. Mental toughness goes a long way, but I never realized that it could virtually steal dozens or hundreds of points from players so easily.
