Nice game, I like the theme of choosing the wrong plan :D.
You forgot to give 7.f3 a ??. I really do not understand the move, I understand the idea behind h4, but f3?
Bb3 or 0-0 is more logical then this f3.

Wouter: In retrospect, My entire treatment of the opening may well have been a testament to flawed decision making. Ultimately, f3 represented an attempt to launch a Yugoslav style attack in the Najdorf, which, in retrospect, may not have been the best of ideas. I don't know much in the way of opening theory, especially in the Sicilian, so I'm not really a good judge on the general feasability of these systems.

White goes for an early g4-g5 so that Black will be unable to immediately achieve d5 (as in your game).
A flank attack is best answered with a counterattack in the center. This game is a powerful example of how to answer a dubious, premature flank advance.
