Wow spectacular sacrifice.
Queen Sac for the win!

Loads of errors, after a very poor opening. For example 14...Bg5 instead of 14...Nxb2 (which is also winning) nets a queen for peanuts, or the king after 15.f4 Bh4+ 16.Kf1 Qc5.
You suggest after 15.Rxb2 to play 15...Bc3+ 16.Kf1 Re2, which is a blunder (17.Nxc3 and Black has nothing). 16...Bxb2 wins instead, though.
21...Nxe5 is rather a blunder on Black's hand than a start of a combination. The relatively lesser evil would be 22...Qxd1 (which wasn't played) 23.Qxe5 Qd4, when Black may hold.
The Game does have a small struggle in beginning where my pawn pushes gave me weaknesses that allowed him to win a pawn on me later. Eventually back rank tactics allow me to sacrifice the queen which he denies to take allowing me an secure the victory.
