Queen's gambit declined - surprisingly attacking game arises!

My opponent for this one had just given me a torrid time as white by using the King's Gambit and only a blunder allowed me to undeservedly win that one. I was therefore surprised by the passivity with which he played the black pieces.

I daresay some of my attacking moves were flawed but it all seemed to work out nicely in this instance.

textbook attack.

Thanks guys; it's nice when a plan works out.

Technically this is the slav defense.
Nd7 was horrible.

Nice attack though :)

11.h4 immediately was probably better since the rook doesn't need to be forced to e8; it needs to move to give the king room to escape.
If the rook doesn't move after h4, for example c5 then h5 cxd4 hxg6 hxg6 Bxg6! is hopeless for Black.
