Awesome game sens, thanks for the link. What really annoys me is that your analysis is so logical, and I am overly logical, yet I can reach your level of play... Maybe I should stop playing so many 1min games?!!
Excellent play, well done.
Oh, and btw...
Bring on the next game!
Guess it depends on what you know before the logical thinking even begins. For example, logic might tell you that having an isolated (white) pawn on e6 would be a weakness. And I have to admit that on my own I probably wouldn't have risked it. However I knew the theory behind the line and I knew that with Qb3/Bc4 that pawn is quite safe and particularly useful. So perhaps this game is nothing more than a good memory disguised as logic :).
In other news, we'll be having a 4th game in the near future... might make an 11 game match of it.
After being smashed in our last encounter, and with the match tied at 1 point each, I was really hoping to win with the white pieces in this game. Not particularly surprising (after his choice with white) was his decision to play the KID. With both of us rather booked up on these lines, the game was bound to be interesting. And it was!
Enjoy :).
