The strength of the bishop pair

Around moves 10-20, you HELP your opponent by closing the position. This makes his knights better than your bishops. When you have the bishs you want to keep the position open; therefore that a7->a4 push did not help matters at all.

I want to share with you a game I played today that I find interesting.
The game had no fancy tactics. It was won simply due to the advantage of a bishop pair vs 2 knights.
I think it illustrates well the great strength of the bishop pair and why you must never give it to your opponent for free.
