Nd1 would definitely be better after 9. cxd4. Qe2 was also a mistake. About move 23, if you doun't know what to do, attack with your queenside pawns in a situation like that. I personally think that Qf7 would be a much stronger move than 29... Nc5, as it attacks the queen and develops the king. White could actually pull out a draw if not the sadly misguided blunder 36. Qxa6???.
Good game though .
This game was unrrated blitz 10/0 time:
What I've come to understand is someones rating in live is often not a good representation of their strength or weakness.
I was so impressed with the play of my opponent that I analysed the game even though it was online, live, unrrated, and blitz!!
It was such a solid game of chess from both sides. Also the last move of his King which leads to mate was made with 5 seconds left on his clock and we can assume he would not have made this error without the time crunch.
Because of my Good Friend and Chess Tactition "ShuttleChess" I've adopted the Sicilian Najdorf as my favorite defense and instantly without knowing much theory have had solid successes with it.
Here is the Game...I would appriciate any constructive critisism, improvements, places where I could have played sharper or any tactics that were missed.
There are no blunders (other than his last move), which I can see. And the game remains completly even almost the entire game.
My hat is off to my opponent....Thank you for a great game.
