Yeah, it's always fun to win a game with some opening trap every once in awhile. Reminds me of the good ole' days when I would consistently beat everybody in my second grade class with Scholar's Mate...
This game was unbelieveable

Sheeesh!... How come no one ever falls for that in my games...lol. A rare gem. Well, for you anyway. For your opponent...

This isn't usually the response from chess.com when someone just posts a simple scholars mate..
Indeed, it's the response when someone posts Legal's Mate!

Notice the edit.

What was so beautifull about the game? Black played ...a6 and ...h6 and then ...Bg4 after which if you knew legal's mate you just did it with Nxe5. Black must have thought Nxe5 was a blunder though! It is pretty suprising. When you see the queen, sometimes you ignore every other part of the board, but he should have been aware of legal's mate. Or did she not know legal's mate? If not then that is impressive.

Wooow. I can't you were so lucky for him to fall for it. Personally, I always set up for it if the opponent plays the Phillidor, but something always comes up for it not to work, or they just simply don't play the Bf6 in the first place. =/
Anyway, not to thread hijack or anything, but a few days ago, I pulled off the Blackburne Gambit trap of the Italian Game. =)
