well the point of my move e6 was to open up the diagonal for my bishop and try and put some pressure on the c7 square when my knight can get there...it alsoopened up the file for my queen and i was guarenteed to win it back!
Because if he castles like you suggested then i still go ahead with Nc7 forking the rook and the bishop and so when he moves his rook i take the bishop and win a pawn back with queen and from then on I believe my position to be much superior with lots of threats!
This game was in my area's league (division 2)...I was representing Newton Abbot and we were playing St.Marychurch...I was board 4!
My opponent was over double my rating (not saying much considering my rating!) and we had a good game but in my favourite opening I triumphed quite quickly and I feel the move e6 was a move to be proud of!. Even though I won, I am pretty sure there was some better things I could of done so could people please give some comments with help and any basic comments really! I was white.
