Well, first of all Bh6 was a mistake because it seems you had no coherent plan afterwards. If you're going to disrupt the King's pawns, have a Queen following behind or an idea why you're going after the King.
13. Ng2 was a mistake! You blocked your own Rook and made it passive. Rooks thrive when they are in open files.
Why did you do 15. Rh1? Why are you scared of his Rook, you have enough backup on your Knight.
16. Nh4 hangs your Knight. Don't do that without some cover (Queen, Bishop, Pawn, Knight).
11. gxh5 might have been a mistake. You should have pushed that pawn higher so you allow your Queen some space to move in that corridor.
17. Qd1 would have been better. Try to stay under Knights 3 squares and you cover all their movement.
At this point, Black has taken over the center and you've pretty much lost.
23.Bxh3 might have been better but you're not doing that great at this point.
