That move is not actually illegal, it’s just very bad. Unless your opponent has no strategy.

It's very cheap bad chess. I wish it was illegal but they all wanna do it...

I agree, that opening is $@#%. But I highly doubt it's actually illegal at USCF and FIDE. I mean if it is, that's pretty wild, and I guess you learn something new every day, but a quick Google search revealed nothing on the subject.
Also, you lost. (I mean, your brilliancies converted the position into a wonderful mate, just for the wrong side.) b2 is defended by the queen. If I'm missing something (after all, I'm only 850) then please elucidate.
