Who needs development!?

This was a 15 minute game I played earlier today. While our play was far from perfect, the game was interesting to me because it flew in the face of conventional chess ideas and produced some extremely unusual situations. Even though White's moves are strange, they are not weak.

Am I missing something, or could 32. Ke4 Ng3 worked for the fork on the rook?  Removes the threat of double rooks on the H file and trades a knight for a rook.

but nice game though. although you technically were developing a kingside attack, if that counts for anything =)
