I have a chess.com account and use the website to play, in the past week I have randomly been unable to continue playing during games and when I try reload the game it just comes up with 502 error "we will look into it" I have now lost over a hundred rapid rating from these games and my internet connection is not the problem. This happened again today where I was in a completely winning position and many points of material up. When will this get sorted out and how will I get compensated for this absolute nonsense. This is infuriating and I have already sent a message to chess.com on the website and no response. My username is kellenmelonn. Please sought this out as there is no point in me playing when I just lose due to this unreliable playing environment. Has anyone else experienced these atrocious circumstances?
