- Give the impression of being very undecided while still in prep
- Sigh just loud enough for them to hear when have left a poisoned piece en prise
#1, about pretending not to notice ur opponents clock running because they forgot to press it is something everybody does. It's funny, it'll run for like 20 minutes and when they finally notice we all act like we're just so shocked but we saw it the whole time! We just try not to look at the clock so we don't draw attention to it.

seeing how you oppoment reacts and the ego he may or may not have go away is the best part about otb, online you dont get to see them

also you start to notice people online dont play as they would otb, i allways try to play my best on here but with low motivation due to everyone playing the italian scotch and london i play like a 1700 instead of higher
I'm slightly intimidated now hearing about people taking pieces off boards. Still would like to try some day.
