hey if nobody helped you I can, I played in a tournament and got ninth. you wanna try to prevent scholars mate (using premoves) and check your opponent a lot, try to use ideas similar to b3 Bb2 Bxg7 Bxh8, your opponent doesn't usually pay much attention to your ideas unless they are longer than a few moves

na 10 sec is mainly to stack up on games and ratings

It’s good when they tell you that in 30 seconds you will be executed.

Looking that ur from China, I am not sure if you know who I am talking about. I am talking about USA GM Andrew Tang. OK he is not probably psycho but playing 10 sec games definitely is.
