lol, it is not 10% ratio, it is 10% timeout ratio. You must lose less then 10% of your games on time to be able to play tournaments.
10% win ratio??

Also, the timeout ratio only considers rated Online Chess games (as opposed to Live Chess games). I think you just need to play a few complete Online games, and there won't be any more problems.

You are correct you must have at least a 10% win ratio, so as long as when you get to 5 completed games or more and you have not lost more than 90% you'll be fine, you have one win already so you just need to get to 5 complete games and not lose any by timing out.
you have only played 1 online, that is one day per move or longer, game so far. You did not lose on time in that game so you have a 0% time out ratio. It just means you mustn't over step the 1/2/3 day per move or more and lose in more than 9% of your games.
To enter tournaments you also need to have completed a minimum number of online games, you've only done one it needs to be 5 at least so this is a problem.

There is a 10% win ratio restriction. The usual forum question is about the timeout ratio.
As a premium member you do not need the minimum number of rated games played to enter an official tournament. For basic members this is 5 games.
Tournament directors of member-created tournaments can change the default 10% timeout setting and the minimum games played. This information is not displayed to potential registrants and tournament directors may not mention it.
A flag has come up saying I have to have a 10% win ratio to play in a tornament - what does this mean? So far I have played 10 games on the site won 6 and lost 4 so I would have thought I could join??
