1300 & Above: This is particularly discouraging. Thoughts?

I just got done enduring another 30+ move rapid game that, despite posting a high accuracy (96.5%), just wasn't sufficient to elicit any substantive opportunities.

It's on a quite regular basis now that I am getting points refunded. As such, I can't help but be agitated when in the middle of a game I get a overwhelming sense that this is just another one of those games.
Anybody else experiencing similar agitation while playing?
