Yeah, I am being cheeky
1400 in 6 months?
I don't get this "my goal is to reach rating X in Y months" thing. Why not just try to improve and see where it takes you?
If you have GM talent but simply didn't try yet, you'll reach 1400 quickly. If you have average talent, it will take you longer. Also, how much time will you spend on chess and how hard are you willing to work? There are too many variables.

I don't know what the 30 minute rapid pool is like. Maybe it's possible? I have no experience.
It's just that this type of topic is somewhat common, and there's usually a guy who says they got to some rating really fast.
But then in their history they were never below 1200 (random example), so you know they weren't a beginner when they joined.
Or they peaked at 1700 early (another random example) when the RD was high, but then leveled off at 1300.
Last topic I participated in like this, a guy said he got to 2000 blitz in a few months. I looked at his game history which lead me to report him for cheating, and he was banned within a few hours lol.
So I don't want to call you a liar, but from my experience there are usually some exaggerations going on in topics like this.

It's definitely doable but depending on your aptitude it could seem very hard or like a low hanging fruit. I started chess in late 2019 and gained 1700 rating my first 4 months and have kept improving since then
Never played a single game.

I have played approximately 3900 chess games
It is impossible to play 3900 games in foyr days.

Hy,
i started play chess 2 weeks ago from scratch(i knew only the rules before). Now my goal is to reach 1400 in 6 months. Is too much or too little? What can i do to improve fast? (In this moment i follow this study plan https://www.chess.com/article/view/study-plan-directory)
I have the feeling that in 2 weeks i improve a lot so i'm optimistic but i want to know if my goal is possible or not and read your tips!
Thanks for all!
(and sorry for my english)
Considering all youre playing is speed chess. Not gonna happen.

1 hour is speed chess?

It doesn't mater what time control you play, if you're going to have A LOT of time left on the clock, then yes, its speed chess.

I just quickly looked at three of Weelemb games. All three of them were 60 minute games, and Weelemb had less than 30 minutes in all of them, about 20 minutes left in two of them. So he isn’t playing too speedy chess

I'm not trying to be a PP but where are your games? the Daily ratings are a bit inflated anyway. most 1200 blitz players can be 1500+ on daily. I guess it's impressive if you are telling the truth (it would put you at somewhere abouts 1300 + blitz in just 4 months!!!). But I have to tell you it looks like you chose to start at 1800 and are peddling a farce. Did you have that rating and then somehow had a reason to create a new account?
Inference made through deductive reasoning.
1. He says he is 1600 player
2. A 1600 player would beat a 900 player if the 1600 player tried
Conclusion: he didn’t try.
I'm a 4000 rated player.
Sure I lose to top engines, but in those games I just wasn't trying.
The proof? I said I was 4000.
