So, just for clarity, before this 380pt trajectory up the ratings , you played 952 Rapid games in a four year period between July 8th 2019 and October 28th 2023 and peaked at around 1500 at best during that period, all of a sudden in the space of 21 days ,you've sky rocketed up to the 1800's out of nowhere winning 80 and losing 30 in that period, bypassing the 1600's and 1700's with consummate ease, a territory you'd never previously visited

Can someone help me improve to 1800 by this December 2024...
My age is 14-year old, but I sometimes I think it is very late to chess.. I want to become a GM one day. But as of now NM is my goal. Although I'm having a rating nearly only to 1000 in chess.com, My skills and real rating might be close to 1400-1500 but I'm not able to reach that rating in chess.com..also I'm very poor in blitz and bullet (but have won games with 1700 and 1800 in blitz too) but what bothers me a lot is that I play very well sometimes like a 1800 and sometimes like a 1000...I don't the reason behind this, but it is annoying. Adding to this, my puzzle rating is 2300 for now and at the same time my bullet is 615, You see the contrast right? But this is not about speed chess, it is more of a chess improvement plan I'm looking for, also I'm looking to beocme a FM by next June.. I'll find it helpful if you guys can gimme some ideas(you can check my games archieve.
