Yes, for sure!
Keep in mind I'm going by the global average on chess.com though; many players here as hobbyists or learning, so it does skew the average down a bit, but still they are part of the world's chess players, so they count.
Average at a chess club, or chess organization, might be a bit a bit more challenging, but overall, your current rating is still solid and shows you know more than just the rules and super basics

Chess is so complex that we are all beginners; even Grandmasters...but @cellen01 reaching 1900+ rating on chess.com puts them at less of a beginner than most 
rationale is not it, its that when you see a forum about people congratulating their own accomplishments, you don't really need to discourage them even though they tried so hard, and in this case, he's not even bad at chess, he's pretty good, so flying insults are just plain unnecessary.

No, rationale doesn't mean congratulating your own accomplishments, it means a course of actions or logics in a particular belief. You don't make any sense, it seem's bullying to me as I had already given my reason.
Well, what I am trying to say it that I hit 1900 rapid which is an achievement for me. I am not trying to be a ratio and I just want to share the news with others...

You have kind of right, but at least I am still "over" 1900 I guess...

You're right of course. After taking a big hit and losing around 450 points at blitz, down to 1435, I had to battle my way up again. Spent ages hovering around 1700 but now have a small cushion and feel safer. If I get it up to about 1750 or 1800, I'll have a go at my rapid. That's on 1890 so you're ahead.

I've never seen anybody lose so much in blitz :/
They took 10 minutes out of blitz and put it in rapid. I had to learn to play 5 mins, which I hadn't played for years.
