1st OTB win vs a FIDE rated player in a FIDE rated tournament

Aren't you a rated player? (I wanted to participate in the same tournament but they said it was for rated players only.) And if you are already rated, then you must have already won against rated player(s).

No I am not rated. Also 1599 and below includes non-rated players.

Well I dont doubt there is a tournament happening everyday or every few days. However its not possible to go play every tournament as India is a big country.

OTB in India is truly hard. on chess.com I am 1750

but FIDE is 1366

Incidentally the final round was also drawn. So I finished with 4 points out of 10 (3 wins 2 draws, 5 defeats). I played final round as white, and all 10 games were again FIDE rated opponents. I am told I should expect a FIDE rating on 1st of Feb.
