I used an app called "Analyze This" and I found out that 2. Ke2 is not the worst move after 1. e4 e5. Sure, it's the second worse move with a 2.44 point advantage for black but it's nowhere near the worst. The worst move, with 4.47 points of advantage for black, is 2. Ba6.
