Who care about social talk for online chess games? Chess is not a social game.

If O.P care about social talk,

1. Do social stuff/ activities rather than chess ,or

2 .Disable chat

I never say gg, but I never say anything mean either. ...

I have never felt comfortable with this "good game" thing. For one thing, it is a judgment that I do not feel that I can authoritatively make, and I do not want to seem to pretend to have such authority. Also, as a very occasional recipient of the "good game" comment, I dislike being uncertain about the degree to which the comment was sincere.

#1 normal chess where one is able to think about the game at hand, or have time to go to the bathroom or get something to drink.

#2 Blitz

Yesterday I was playing a 3/0 blitz game.

Suddenly I had an urgent need. Apparently last night's meal wasn't thoroughly cooked.

I did my thing, ran back to the computer, and still won the game.

This is actually not the firs time I've won a game like this... lol

Did you make a crack in the toilet bowl? grin.png
