Does chess.com not automatically declare a draw after 3 position rep?  I just played a 10 minute game where I forced a threepeat position with time running out but nothing happened (other than me losing)

You have to claim it, just like otb.

When "it's on," click the Draw button. I love draws, so I click that button at most every chance I get. Wink
