30 minute arena?

It would be so nice if we could have a 30 minute arena on chess.com. I'm not very good at the game and I need to think a lot and I find I just make hurried and stupid mistakes when on a 10 minute game. The only alternative is to play in 30 minute Swiss tournaments and there is a lot of waiting around for other games to finish.
Come on chess.com, not everyone can play fast, give us slow coaches a chance occasionally.
