This has absolutely nothing to do with the version of Stockfish you use.
Stockfish (and other engines) don't work with adjectives like "brilliant" at all, just numbers. The "brilliant" labels are awarded by chess.com's own script.
At some point between 2021 and 2025 the definition of "brilliant" changed. Maybe more than once.
