Yeah they sit for 30 minutes after the first move until you resign so you can actually play... or you wait until they lose on time. When you just want to play, you find it not really worth the rating points but it is unfair nonetheless and it seems that reports do nothing

People cheat because they can. It's a sport.

Sure it is. The cheaters are putting in the same effort as they who try to detect it. I bet you there are thousands of accounts that try to make it super GM level by cheating the cheat detection algos.
Cheating doesn't make something a sport. Taking a test isn't a sport but people cheat on those. People that cheat, use the tools that others created to help do so and that's not hard work.
