The format is:
Minutes / seconds gained per move.
So it's 45 minutes (for both players) and after a player makes his move, 45 seconds is added to that player's clock.

Hi everyone, its been awhile, so when I decided to play a couple of games I noticed the 45/45 time. Can someone clarify what it means please. 45 minutes + 45 minutes ? or perhaps 45 minutes each player.
