45/45 Pool

This still seems to be extremely active here on Chess.com yet ICC replaced their 45/45 pool with a 25/10 pool citing lack of activity in the 45/45 pool. That leaves Chess.com as the only site with a pairing pool for long time controls and I always see several 45/45's running here any time day or night. I'm just surprised to see that Chess.com turned out to be the site with the bigger long chess community. 

Are there still whispers of them changing up the pairing pools here again if and when V3 goes live? 

45|45 is currently an option in v3 when creating a game. So, I would think it is likely to stick around, though I couldn't say that won't change in the future.
