I'm looking for a place where people can play and watch 45/45 games. Sort of like a 45/45 heaven, but smaller and without cherubs.

The Slow Chess League started here at chess.com but has spun off into its own website. It supervises 45|45 and 90|30 games played at chess.com and icc.
