Or just train tactics if you can't find the motivation to study technique or endgames. 

It's not losing I hate about chess, it's not being able to see the best moves

Related to what N2UHC said, seeing the best move but not playing it or rejecting it out of a misevaluation =(

I don't hate losing.

At least, not as much as I hate my opponent winning.

i hate being caught out by intermezzo moves like a chump-makes me say to myself "why didnt you do your blunder check thoroughly!"

I hate realizing that I have made a horrible mistake after I press the submit move button
