Stuff like that is normal in bullet
He probably was trying to catch you premoving.
For example -
I had an opponent in bullet chess, and the game goes as follows (my opponent was with white pieces): 1. g3 d5 2. c3 c6 3. Qc2 e6. 4. Qxh7 !!!!!! Rxh7, and he resigned. Nothing illegal but.... I am not a psychologist but is there someone who can explain to me: is something like that just a matter of bullet tricks or is the thing more serious: probably a matter of corrupt personality? To me something like this is a huge dilemma. If he succeeded in his intentions hoping that I will not notice that queen's "sacrifice", what kind of pleasure there would be in something like that? I was deeply upset, and my apologies for those who think something like that is normal in bullet. In that case I should seek medical assistance.
Your opponent is trying to catch premoving players off guard to win the game.
This is more prevalent at the 2000+ levels where premoves are much more common.
B1Z and Steven have demonstrated this in their posts.
