I'm working with Wordpress and wondering how to be able to let people download a file. Please let me know if the Dropbox download works.
I don't know for sure whether it's OK to post a blog link, but I don't see anything wrong with it.
The Dropbox download worked for me.
Why does it matter whether you are in before a lock?

Thanks. That is what I needed to know. I will probably keep looking for a more traditional download capability. At least I know this works.

It's a database of about 1.5 million chess games. Mostly both players above 2200 elo, or famous names prior to rating system.
I just placed this for download. Let me know if the download link works, and what you think of the data.
