A chess poem !

A battlefield 8 by 8 , I realised not when this game showed me its power to enthrall
Enticed by a beautiful sport's charm lie Capablanca , Alekhine , Spassky and Tal!
From existing data our opponents next move we must glean,
to attack in strength we must fortify our king and unleash the queen!
During early moves we must know our positions criterial ,
For we must decide between being higher in development or material
Sicilian, Spanish or stonewall, Pawn to E4 or knight to C3,
I know not the best opening, but I know this , of the great moves , there are plenty !
Finding them is the result of penetrative eyes ,
but give in do not , for even the grandmasters required sundry tries !
A feat of raw brain prowess ,
an experts seemingly useless move we must not remiss,
for it is the feat of the professional chess player,
to think 7 moves ahead and inevitably strike fear
Often seeming reckless and like folly ,
know that the greatest of moves were always criticized by many
It is abundant foresight that these 'Many' lack ,
And the intelligentsia that do possess it have plural trophies to stack !
Incomplete is this piece without mention of Magnus Carlsen and his feats as blind,
for unparalleled in prodigy and memory , he is the only one of his kind !
Kasparov , Karpov , Kramnik and Topalov, along with their battles fiercer then waterloo,
then to join their ranks came along , who knew , Deep Blue !
If in my life you fail to appreciate this game then there is the door,
For 'Chess prowess is a mark of genius' is no lore.
2500 for grandmaster and 2300 for FIDE master, I know not where I stand,
But I know this, someday , I will have a game sense grand !
Deep within Indian history is this creation twined , To prove the power of this sport I shall remind,
A single man brought the entire Russian empire to its knees through his game that shined !
The immortal that I refer to there is no need to guess ,
for it is Bobby fischer , a target of his own success!
Grab a board and strenghthen upon this game divine your grip,
