I have one of those. The engine will not even play against it the same way twice.

I read the OP a few times... I'm not sure what the point of your post is? The king and pawn endgame intuitively favors white, and 27...h5 is intuitively a bad move... and the engine agrees with both of these so... I'm confused what the point is.
