A Good Black or White Opening Trap

Well, for both white and black, it's really helpful to make sure your pieces are guarded. It seems like when you're defending your pieces and not pushing your pieces too far away from base, people will start to fall into self-created traps 
I'd like it if anyone knows a good black or white opening trap.
