It shows you are willing to give most of your free time in a week playing chess, it will improve your strategy and tactics playing with people all over the world. It does not indicate ability, it indicates determination.

nothing its like you reach the top and you can basically chill if you want grind more games but you don't have to because you will never ever EVER go down
It was a fun grind to get to Legend, but there is nothing special there.
