A problem I am facing often

I have developed a ridiculous habit of playing chess during bedtime. Most of the time I win but when I feel sleepy I start to lose focus. Yesterday I lost to 1220 rated player for 4 silly mistakes, I mean silliest of silly mistakes although I was in a leading position. (3 pawns and 1 rook up). I have seen, not only during bedtime but whenever I feel sleepy I tend to make silly mistakes. Any suggestion how I can beat this????

You know the answer. It's not difficult.
You are rated 1289 in blitz. Losing to a 1220 is nothing special.
I played a game after a 14 hour shift the other night and let my opponent fork my rook and queen on like move 12. I was so beat that I moved the rook not the queen lol. it wasn't even a complicated position. I typed I'm sorry, it seems I'm too tired to play. The guys says hahahahahaha excuses! lol
This game takes a lot of focus. You can't play it on auto pilot. At least I can't
