Defintely NOT. You get the win in the standings, but games not played are never, ever rated.

I play in an OTB tournament of 9 games, every week one game of 50 minutes + 10 for every move. In the last round my opponet didn't come, and i won technicly. I asked the tournament judge if i get rating for that game or not, and he said that he doesn't know, because usually i shouldn't get rating, but he saw a tournament when somebody didn't come and the other player got rating for that game. So i decided to ask the question here, am i getting rating for that game or not?
