A Question on Paul Keres vs. Miguel Najdorf, 1955

I'm a novice chess player, and so sometimes I fail to understand a concept in a game played by players of significantly higher rank. However, I usually understand after reading an analysis. For this particular game, though, the winning move has me a bit stumped:

 

 

I've tried playing this on an analysis board multiple times, and I feel very foolish, as I don't understand why 13... axB5 isn't working. I tried several variations, and I don't see what Black has to lose by taking the Bishop. Hoping to get some insight here. Thanks!

Yeah, wasn't thinking about castling at first. It makes more sense now.
