A timeless question

This is a recent game of mine. I previously posted it for some midgame analysis but left out the ending. This time around I'm looking for the answer to a question that has been itching my mind for a while. Should I have offered the draw in this final position?

I've don't almost zero thinking about the final position, just a thought...

The person who can give check first has the advantage!  Well not all the time but... White's king is more open vs black's king is safer -- in fact you can use a move to threaten a check, because white to move has no checks to give, for example he moves Kc3 you play Rh1.

Also you didn't have much to lose :) (eg this wasn't a money event or a title on the line etc) so maybe in the future go ahead and play it out.  In this case I'd be sure to do something like play this position out vs a computer giving myself lots of time to think each move.  After it beats you/me (it's such an open tactical position I just assume it would) then take back moves, analyse different ones, etc.  That way next time you get a position like this, you'll immediately notice key factors.

I'd have to run this through a computer to see who could manage what :) it's so tactical, but if I did and told you a few points I don't think it'd help as much as actually playing it out vs someone or a computer.

I think it's not possible for White to escape the checks here without giving up both of the pawns on the queenside...I could be mistaken though, queen endgames have never been my strong suit.

But I haven't lost in almost 30 consecutive games! I have my pride to lose!
