the abort button is NOT suspended after just one use....u have to use it multiple times.and the system auto-aborts after about 15-20 secs.
abort button
I beg to differ sir, it most certainly is suspended after one use for me...the only time I aboirt games is when people don't make their first move, and it takes many games for the abort button to come back online for me

Then let me ask:
"The very first time you ever used the abort button you were suspended?"
Your answer:
"No"
Next question:
"Care to be more explicit?"
Your answer:
"No, I was cheated, don't ask dumb questions and just agree with me."

There, thread ended in only 5 posts.
Today someone accepted my challenge and got the white pieces. After not moving for about ten seconds I aborted the game and got a message something like "If you abort too many times your ability to do so will be suspended and you will be forced to play the game or resign". This seemed to be EXACTLY what the abort button was for.
I can see that aborting a game to an opponent you just lost to for revenge is childish and unsportsmanlike, but how much time should a player be allowed to make the first move from either side?
because the abort button is suspended the moment I use it once, I am forced to sit and wait for people who accept challanges and then don't make their first move, sometimes for 10-15 minutes, this is lame, anyone else run into this problem
