aborted games

in a normal  over the board game , a player who gets up and walks away would forfiet the game.  Surely  in an internet game such as on chess.com the same should apply. Many times after the first move I have seen " game aborted". As  we all set the parameters as regards grading range should we not accept every game ?

I agree with this at times it can take 5 tries to get a game going as many people abort when they see they are playing black or when you open with something they dont feel comfortable playing against.
