aborting game in mid game is a loophole that chess.com will not fix or even acknowledge

My game where I was winning just aborted when I was about to deliver checkmate in a few moves. There wasn't any banner about "server restart" so it's not that, I think it's pretty weird. Also that specific game isn't shown on my profile, nor my opponent's.
That's pretty weird

Yes. That happens when time runs out in an arena tournament.

All the games in process immediately abort.

I play on mobile 90% of the time, is there a notification that a server restart is about to happen? Luckily I've never experienced this, but it would be helpful.

Server restarts are rare and at this point only impact live tournaments (outside of variants). When they happen, it's usually at most, once week.

This has become a weekly phenomenon it is almost always when the opponent is losing and has been getting more frequent recently!

unless the server is constantly resetting this is a hack of some sort!
