About Ratings

I know the ratings in use by FIDE and USCF are Elo-based

But I learnt that here the ratings are Glicko-based

Could someone explain how Glicko rating works or post a conversion table between Chess.com Standard, FIDE and USCF.

dont think about rating system . simply if you win points will rise if you lose your points will fall...

but i have read in some thread in 100 of players who have fide or uscf. have some 50 points lesser in chess.com .

It's because I'd a OTB rating of 1500 FIDE, but I stopped playing for a while, and now I want to know what is my approx. level in FIDE rating.

Interesting system... so after 50 games you can't win as many point as after 2 games. And if I stop playing here for a month and come back, my RD goes up. What is the length of 1 rating period in chess.com?
