Homerman is a troll actually. Yes you can report someone for offering a draw. But they don’t need to resign, because there is always a chance at your level.
Why do you need to know where I am from? I can change my flag and location whenever I wish. You do not have the right to see where I am from. I have already identified you as a troll and multi accounter Homerman, but the moderators prefer that I stop calling you out in public, hence why I prefer to just ignore your nonsense.

I’ve only ever had France and US flags. I don’t know what you’re talking about Canada and Germany (but perhaps it suits you to create false accusations against people to support you’re ideas). Bogus accounts? This is my 1 and only account. I had another last year December, but that was before I was aware of chess.com’s policies. I have since deleted that account. I have lied about nothing, and have nothing to prove. Thank you.

You cannot report someone for offering a single draw. You can report for spamming multiple draws
