account restricted for unsportsmanship

I got a message at the top of the page in red, stating that my account was now restricted for unsportsmanship???

can anyone find out what I'm accused of here?

No nut seriously I've no clue what I've done.

I've let a few games go abandonded in the last couple of days ...could it be that???

Maybe send some games so I can try to figure out what happened. Also, abandonment is quite irritating for most players, most of all when they are winning

Looking at some of your recent games, there are a few games where you just let the clock run out, in one instance for over 26 minutes in a 30 minute game. That would be considered stalling and very unsportsmanlike.

Abandoning games is unsportsmanlike conduct, yes.

If you're beat, resign. You aren't supposed to punish your opponent for winning.
