Don't worry about it. I looked at your game where you were rated 998 going into it. He missed winning your bishop at move 7 when he castled. He could have played b5. So there is no way that anyone would assume for a moment that you were using an engine. He is a sore loser.
Accused of cheating, but why?
So I played a game today with a player rated at 1170 or so. I was rated at 998. I've played about 7000 blitz games and my rating has been around 980-1100 tops (for maybe a week or so). The guy accused me of having multiple accounts for some reason. Why would a person have multiple accounts? And why would someone with such a low rating try to cheat?

You can't discuss it here.
Go to the cheating forum.
I didn’t know there was a cheating forum. Thanks all
I saw cheating forum but never been to that group, so dont know what are they discussing. Correct me if I am wrong. My guess
1.?? how to cheat?
2. ?? how to detect cheater??
3.?? Freedom to whine being accused of cheating?
4.?? Freedom to accuse/suspect anyone as cheaters?
A forum on cheating ? Come on, notm is joking, we can discuss on what we want and notm is not the boss of chess.com. What is cheating.. I think the most ugly thing is not cheaters, but someone that accuse you to be a cheater. It is very easy to say: "you are a cheater (you use a computer during the game)", or "you have multiple accounts". In all case no one has the evidence, so one should be careful to accuse. I still don't know why one player should cheat in chess.com, for me it would be non sense to win games using the machine (what the hell do you do with these Elo on chesscom ?, they are virtual elo).
