Now complete with sound effects. 

This is the first time I've seen an ad with sound on chess.com. Is this a intentional or should I report it?

This has happened more than once now with different adverts so I presume its intentional. but its only occasionally so I dont worry about it much.

Adblock plus.

That's ridiculous.  I would recommend using Firefox browser with the AdBlock Plus extension.

Yes I do have firefox with adblock+ installed but it is far slower than google chrome so i use google chome instead. I dont know whether its the adblock slowing firefox down or whether google chromes just a better browser than Firefox.

I have also these ads. Its clearly something with chess.com, i have never heard any ads with sound before, and will not install any ad blockers etc. 

Its clearly totally unaccetpable. A lot of people in the forum writes its chess.coms intention annoy as much as possible to make people buy a membership... (must the most stupid marketing strategy in the history of marketing in that case).
